These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to photosathi.com, the client portal and the studio admin panel (together, the “Service”), operated by Nilesh Sabhadya as Photo Sathi, Surat, Gujarat, India (“Photo Sathi”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Photo Sathi does
Photo Sathi is software that helps photography studios, photographers and event management companies manage bookings, schedules, payments, albums and client communication, and gives their clients a private portal to follow their booking and sign agreements online.
2. Who the Service is for
- Studios — businesses that use the admin panel to manage their bookings.
- Clients — customers of those studios who receive a private portal link.
- Visitors — anyone browsing the website or requesting a demo.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to sign an agreement through the Service.
3. Demo requests
When you request a demo, you agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about Photo Sathi. Requesting a demo does not create any obligation to buy.
4. Accounts and access
- Studio admins must keep their login details secure and are responsible for activity under their account.
- Each client portal link is private. Anyone who has the link can view that booking’s portal, so it should be shared only with the client.
- Tell us straight away at the email below if you believe a login or portal link has been misused.
5. Studio responsibilities
- Studios are responsible for the accuracy of the booking, payment and schedule details they enter.
- Studios are responsible for the text of any agreement they share with clients, and should have it reviewed as needed.
- Studios must have their clients’ permission to add their personal details to the Service.
- Payments shown in the portal are for information. Photo Sathi does not collect or hold payments on behalf of studios.
6. Signing agreements online
- To sign, a client types their name, confirms they agree, and enters a one-time code sent to their booking email address.
- Photo Sathi records the signer’s name, email, date and time, basic device information and a digital fingerprint of the agreement text, and prevents the signed text from being changed.
- The agreement is between the studio and its client. Photo Sathi provides the signing tool and is not a party to that agreement.
- Electronic records and signatures are generally recognised under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Whether a particular agreement is suitable for electronic signing is for the studio and client to decide.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Try to access bookings, accounts or data that are not yours.
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to break the security of the Service.
- Upload or share content that you do not have the right to share.
